Every project must have management person who have to manage all the situation of the project. In the dig-it project, Tim is the essential person because he has to manage all the current situation of the project. He allocates all young people and work out rota of volunteers and matches the group to the requests for working in people’s gardens. After a group has worked in someone’s garden, Tim will phone or call round to the person to make sure they all are happy. Tim will log and report the entire current situation to the local authority and youth action. By looking at the report, local authority will consider to invest more money into the project. Therefore, Tim is the essential person for this project.I choose volunteer as the key actor, too. Because, they are the pacemaker for young people. Their leadership gives the project to finish systematically.
Elderly people are also the key actors, too. Because they request volunteers to look after their gardens. They give chance to young people to rehabilitate young people with social problems. Because of their request, this project can start. So, I choose elderly people as a key actors and I consider they are the imperative actors for this project.
