In addition, the interview questions were not shown prior to undertaking the interview. The researcher assumed that the initial reaction of each question asked would provide details on the managers’ body language and response, rather than giving them time to think about the answers. Before the beginning of each interview, the interviewees were informed about the approval that was granted by the management to the researcher to undertake the research; moreover, they were informed about the time limit for each interview was 20 minutes. Each interview was on a one to one basis; which allowed each participant to express their opinions freely without any hesitation. However it was assured that each interview was confidential and would not be discussed with anyone from the bank and will not be published. The questionnaires were distributed via e-mail by the researcher to the participants through the internal bank webmail. Over a period of 4weeks, 28 questionnaires were returned.
